2. Refund Eligibility

Digital Products:

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and refunds are generally not provided unless it meets the following criteria.

  • If we are unable to secure a "Non-Exclusive" or "Non-Assigned" order for you within 30 calendar days of your payment of the setup fee, you will have the option to request a refund of the setup fee and terminate your account with bpoflow.com.
  • If our service fails to meet agreed-upon milestones or deliverables within the specified timeframe, we will work with you to resolve the issue and may offer a partial or full refund based on the circumstances.

3. Refund Process

  1. Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please contact us at admin@bpoflow.com with your order details, reason for the refund request, and any supporting documentation if applicable.
  2. Approval: Refund requests are reviewed and processed based on the eligibility criteria mentioned in this Policy. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria or are not in compliance with our terms and conditions.
  3. Refund Method: Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on the payment method and financial institution.
